What you'll be doing:

• You'll receive full training and support on your sales development pathway
• Proactively sourcing candidates and managing your processes
• Seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles
• Manage the end to end recruitment process - arranging interviews, salary negotiation and closing
• Organise and attend candidate and client meetings
• Attend industry events and meet ups representing yourself and TRG
• Become an expert in one of our technology markets
