About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living with a range of physical, intellectual, neurological and psychosocial disabilities.
Working within participants' homes and the community, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, building confidence and supporting individuals to achieve the goals outlined within their care plans. Depending on participant needs, your role may include personal care, domestic assistance, community access, skill development, medication assistance and supporting individuals with complex care requirements.
Every participant is unique, and every shift presents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
