Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate/Junior Senior Associate

About the role:

• Act in complex superior court litigation across commercial, construction and energy and resources sectors. 
• Also be involved in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation
• Additional exposure to judicial review / administrative law proceedings

The ideal candidates:

• 3–6 years’ PQE in litigation involving superior courts (commercial, construction or energy dispute experience desired)
• Strong academic transcript and experience in a well-regarded firm or practice
• Excellent technical skills in drafting and negotiation with exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and work in a collaborative team.
