Joining the team offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to projects while developing long-term architectural skills and experience.Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect or Graduate Architect with a minimum of 6 years of work experience. The office is located in Queens Park, a 10-minute walk from Bondi Junction. The role involves assisting with concept design, design development, and preparation of detailed documentation across residential and other project types. Day-to-day tasks include design in collaboration with a director, producing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants, contributing to planning and building approval submissions, and leading the construction administration on your selected projects. Collaboration within a small team, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are central to this position.QualificationsStrong architectural design and spatial planning skills, with the ability to develop concepts into coordinated solutions.High proficiency in ArchiCADA demonstrated ability to present yourself and your design ability via your portfolioSolid understanding of building codes, standards, and planning regulations relevant to New South Wales and Australian practice.Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work within a team and liaise with clients and consultants.Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; registration or progress toward registration as an architect is an advantage.Demonstrated interest in working with clients, detailing and documenting to a high standard.Minimum of 6 years previous experience in an architectural office, including graduate roles, within Australia or a comparable context.
