Service Manager

We specialize in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers and generators supplied by world leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Merlo and Globe Power.

Were seeking a driven Service Manager to lead our Workshop and Yard Operations at our Canning vale branch. Reporting directly to our Service Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our service team, ensuring operational excellence, and championing a strong safety-first culture.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the service department to deliver on agreed budgets, revenue targets, and profitability.
• Driving a culture of outstanding customer service across the entire business.
• Building strong, respectful relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Overseeing procurement activities and external sales within the service division.
• Managing and mentoring the field service team.
• Collaborating with internal teams and nurturing long-lasting stakeholder partnerships.
• Reviewing and refining processes to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and seamless service delivery.
• Upholding and promoting our Zero Harm safety culture across all operations.

• Demonstrated experience managing service teams within the mobile equipment industry
• Strong technical knowledge across diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while achieving KPI and performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices.
• Valid drivers licence
