Sales Consultant

This is far more than a retail sales position.

You'll work closely with customers to design and quote customised shed solutions, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to signed contract. Every project is different, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll be supported by an experienced team, comprehensive systems and a steady flow of quality enquiries.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and qualify their project requirements.

• Meet with customers in our showroom and via phone, and email.

• Design and quote customised residential, rural, commercial and industrial sheds.

• Explain construction options, engineering requirements and building solutions.

• Prepare professional quotations and follow up outstanding proposals.

• Convert warm enquiries into successful sales.

• Build long-term relationships with customers through outstanding service.

• Work closely with our drafting, estimating, administration and construction teams.

• Maintain accurate customer information within our CRM system.

• Consistently achieve sales and gross profit targets.
