Retail Store Manager

THE ROLE...

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the showroom, leading your team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll be hands-on in the business, motivating your team, developing talent, and identifying opportunities to grow both retail and trade sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
• Driving sales growth and profitability across the store
• Creating a customer-first culture focused on service excellence
• Building relationships with builders, designers, renovators and trade customers
• Monitoring store performance, KPIs and sales targets
• Managing rosters, productivity and team engagement
• Ensuring showroom standards, merchandising and presentation are maintained
• Identifying new business and local growth opportunities
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and operational excellence
