Bazlec West Electrical & Air is a family run business local to Broome that specialises in a range of services across commercial, residential and remote networks. Our main focus is electrical and air conditioning maintenance, fault finding, installations and project-based jobs.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Fault finding, lighting upgrades, switchboard upgrades, appliance installations, smoke alarm and switchboard testing/installations, residential general maintenance

• Commercial lighting, maintenance, installations, breakdown repairs & testing & tagging

• Working in remote communities ranging from day trips to weekly trips to service nearby areas

• Quoting on project and maintenance works

• Manage apprentices and liaise with team members to achieve desirable outcomes

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Highly desirable:

• Demonstrated experience in residential & commercial electrical installation & maintenance with the ability to work independently

• 5 years or more experience with the ability to manage apprentices and have the desire to grow professionally

• Minimum 4 years of electrical experience will be considered for exceptional candidates

• Hold a manual driver's licence

• White card & ability to get a national police clearance

• Low voltage rescue & CPR training (will pay to undertake if haven't already obtained)

• Tech savvy

• Ability to follow all WH&S policies & procedures

• Ability to travel out of town for overnight stays if necessary

• Good customer service skills with the confidence to liaise with clients

• Positive, energetic, & fun attitude!

• Must hold an A-Grade electrician licence
