As we expand our portfolio in Melbourne, we are seeking a dedicated Contracts Administrator to assist the Project Manager in the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects to achieve project financial targets, in accordance with The ADCO Way.

• Contribute to production of the documents and plans that govern the project delivery.
• Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts.
• Review and approve subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and Specifications.
• Ensure subcontract and supply agreements and in line with project and company contractual and legal requirements.
• Administer the project management, change, and control processes in compliance with the project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars and administrative timeframes.
• Ensure the proper and accurate use of Jobpac in administering the project.
