MR DRIVER / OFFSIDER - FENCING / EVENTS

About the Role

Camden Hire is seeking multiple MR drivers and offsiders with a positive attitude for the delivery/installation of temporary fencing and event equipment . These roles will be based out of our Gregory Hills or Narellan branch. Key duties include: 

• Driving an MR Truck (driver position)

• Supporting the driver with fence installation (offsider position)

• Delivering and installing temporary fencing / event equipment 

• Picking up and dismantling temporary fencing / event equipment 

• Driving between numerous worksites each day

• Completion of required paperwork including pre-start checklists

• Safely load and unload of fencing / event equipment 

• Checking fence installation for security and safety

• Maintaining and repairing fencing products

• Cleaning and preparing of vehicles and equipment

• Follow all relevant safety policies and procedures
   

Salary 

• Competitive casual hourly rate, lots of opportunity for overtime and weekend work.

Selection Criteria 

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• Current Australian MR Drivers Licence (essential for driver position)

• White Card (essential)

• Previous driving experience (essential for driver position)

• Positive attitude

• Reliable and honest work ethic

• Flexibility to work across a range of hours and days 

Please note: This is a physically demanding role which requires daily repetitive lifting of up to 30kgs.
