Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant

The Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless and personalised dining experience within the comfort of their guest room. This role plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences by providing prompt, professional, and attentive service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. The Overnight In-Room Dining Attendant works independently throughout the night to support guest requests and uphold Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Department, reporting to the In-Room Dining Manager.
 

What you will do:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a professional, timely, and personalised manner during overnight operations.
• Set up, present, and clear in-room dining orders in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, enquiries, and special dining requirements.
• Accurately process guest orders, payments, and billing transactions using hotel systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards of service areas, pantries, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Monitor overnight room service operations to ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with the Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
   

What you will bring:

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, in-room dining, hospitality, or a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and remain calm, professional, and efficient during overnight operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service practices and guest service principles.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
