The Opportunity

Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you'll play an integral role in the commercial success of your project by managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes of work and procurement schedules.

• Managing subcontractor procurement, lettings and negotiations.

• Assessing progress claims and variations.

• Supporting project cost management and reporting.

• Working collaboratively with site, engineering and commercial teams.

• Using CHEOPS and Aconex (training provided where required).

About You

You'll be a collaborative and commercially minded Contract Administrator who enjoys working as part of a high-performing project team.
You'll also bring:

• Experience as a Contract Administrator on medium to large built-form construction projects.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.

• A sound understanding of subcontract administration and procurement.

• Knowledge of Australian construction contracts, legislation and industry standards.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and build trusted relationships.
