Yard Hand/ Machinery Detailer

Monster Hire is looking for a reliable, hard-working Yard Hand / Machinery Detailer to join our busy team for an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, isn’t afraid to get dirty, and enjoys working around machinery in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing, cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensuring machines are presented to a high standard and ready for hire. You’ll work closely with the team to keep yard operations running efficiently day to day.

• Experience around machinery or a strong mechanical mindset
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to work efficiently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Forklift and/or Skid Steer ticket (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and well organised

Requirements

• Own transport (site located 20km NE of Chinchilla)
• Non-smoker
• Willing to undergo pre-employment medical
