We are seeking safety-focused, experienced HR Drivers for ongoing Front Lift and Rear Lift operations. Job Details

• Location: Coolaroo, VIC

• Pay Rate: $46.73 per hour + penalties & allowances

• Roster: Monday to Friday | Early starts (1:00 AM – 3:00 AM)

• Shift Duration: 8 to 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Front Lift and Rear lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections.

• Execute thorough daily pre-start vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.

• Navigate designated route schedules efficiently and report any operational delays or access issues.

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with dispatch teams and site supervisors.

• Strictly adhere to all site WHS protocols, hazard identification, and PPE requirements.

Requirements & Experience

• Prior experience in the Waste Management industry (specifically operating Rear Lift trucks) is highly advantageous and strongly preferred.

• Current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Licence.

• Minimum 6 to 12 months of general HR driving experience.

• Proven reliability and a strong commitment to consistent early morning starts.

• A clean driving record (a current driving history report will be required).
