Customer Service Administration Support

We're looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Administration Support team member to join our Customer Service team and provide essential support across customer orders, phone enquiries, data entry and general administration.
 
This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 20 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 25 hours per week by mutual agreement. We're flexible about how these hours are spread across four or five days, with the regular working arrangement agreed with the successful candidate.
 
This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll help keep the team running smoothly during busy periods, providing additional support with order entry, customer follow-ups, phone coverage and maintaining accurate customer records.
 
You'll be part of our supportive Customer Service team where every day brings something different. From helping customers and processing orders to keeping records up to date, you'll play an important role in keeping the team running smoothly. About you
 
You're an organised, reliable and customer-focused person who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the details right. You're comfortable speaking with customers, working with data and jumping between tasks to support the team when priorities change.
 
You'll bring:
 

• Experience in administration, data entry, reception, customer service or a similar support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
• A professional and friendly telephone manner with strong listening and communication skills.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email and business systems.
• A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
• The ability to handle customer and commercial information with confidentiality and professionalism.

 
Desirable Experience
 

• Experience using an ERP, CRM or document-management system.
• Previous experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics or a product-based customer service environment.
• Experience using Pronto or similar order-processing software.
• Confidence making outbound customer follow-up calls.
• Experience with customer order entry or administration.
