Contract administrator

About the role

We are seeking a capable Contract Administrator to support our project delivery team. You will administer contracts and subcontracts from award through completion, maintain accurate records and work closely with project managers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer contracts, subcontracts and contract variations in line with agreed terms, company procedures and relevant requirements.
• Maintain contract registers, correspondence, approvals, claims, variations, renewals and other project documentation.
• Respond to contract-related enquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support project scope, programme, cost and quality outcomes.
• Monitor contractor obligations and performance, and report progress, risks and variations to the project team and management.
• Review insurance and compliance documents, prepare contract reports and escalate matters requiring management attention.

About you

• At least one year relevant working experience
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong organization, attention to detail and document-control skills.
• Clear communication, sound judgement, practical problem-solving skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
