As our resident numbers build we are looking for the next experienced Clinical Manager to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis initially. As we increase our resident numbers some weekend shifts will be required.  You will be leading a team within a Home Neighborhood that comprises 34 residents, maintaining sound clinical governance and effective operations while fostering a relationship centred, home environment.

Key success indicators

• Ensuring high quality clinical care is provided to residents with a proactive focus on safety 
• Overseeing the effective operation of the Neighbourhood to reflect resident preferences and the principles of the Inspirit model of care 
• Providing leadership and coaching to all neighbourhood team members, ensuring a focus on relationship-centred care 

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• A heart and passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
• Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills 
• Commitment to respecting the values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs of residents
• Demonstrated leadership experience in relationship based care 
• Strong coaching / training skills with the ability to positively influence other healthcare workers 
• Bachelor of Nursing qualification with a current AHPRA Registration
• Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality standards
