Caring Humanity Pty Ltd Caring Humanity is seeking a passionate Community Worker to join our team to support individuals, families, and groups in the community. You will deliver programs, provide guidance, connect clients with essential services, maintain records, liaise with agencies, and mentor junior staff. Benefits Task & responsibilities

Work directly with clients to assess needs, strengths, and goals, and design tailored support or care plans. Deliver and coordinate programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to build life skills, independence, and social participation. Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to clients, families, and carers, offering guidance through life challenges and transitions.

Refer clients to appropriate external services such as health, housing, counselling, employment, and disability support. Maintain accurate client records, track progress, and prepare reports for internal use, stakeholders, and funding bodies. Liaise with government agencies, community groups, and service providers to advocate for clients and coordinate support.

Promote awareness of community services through outreach, events, and information campaigns. Oversee and support junior staff or volunteers to ensure consistent and responsive service delivery. Qualification & experience Diploma of Community Services.

Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience as a Community Worker in a similar environment. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision-making skills.
