About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead one of the restaurants and bring the brand's guest experience to life every day. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role accountable for the overall performance of the restaurant from guest experience and team culture to food quality, safety and financial results.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and championing a guest-first culture with consistently high service standards
• Building, leading and developing a high-performing management and team member group
• Driving food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management
• Managing labour, payroll and operational administration
• Monitoring sales, costs and profitability against business targets
• Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
• Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively, and building strong ties within the local community

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2–4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams, with strong commercial acumen across labour, cost and inventory management
• Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
• A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication, planning and decision-making skills, and a genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
