Details: Are you a strategic, solutions-focused professional looking to make an impact across the ACT Public Service?
The Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy (OIRWS) is seeking a high-performing Executive Officer to work at the centre of workforce strategy, industrial relations, public sector reform and cultural transformation priorities. In this key role, you will support the Deputy Director-General and OIRWS senior executives to deliver strategic priorities, coordinate complex initiatives, manage executive and government business, and provide trusted advice on emerging issues and opportunities.
Working across government, you will build strong relationships, navigate competing priorities, and help drive outcomes that strengthen the ACT Public Service and deliver lasting benefits for the Canberra community.
We are looking for someone with exceptional judgement, communication and stakeholder engagement skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.

Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
