Details: Are you a strategic, solutions-focused professional looking to make an impact across the ACT Public Service?

The Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy (OIRWS) is seeking a high-performing Executive Officer to work at the centre of workforce strategy, industrial relations, public sector reform and cultural transformation priorities. In this key role, you will support the Deputy Director-General and OIRWS senior executives to deliver strategic priorities, coordinate complex initiatives, manage executive and government business, and provide trusted advice on emerging issues and opportunities.

Working across government, you will build strong relationships, navigate competing priorities, and help drive outcomes that strengthen the ACT Public Service and deliver lasting benefits for the Canberra community.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

• Prior experience in providing strategic and organisational support to an executive level position will be highly regarded.
• Experience and understanding of ACT Government Cabinet, Assembly, and ministerial processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with digital records management systems is highly desirable.

Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
