W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a WET Deck Bar Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our poolside oasis, WET Deck. Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to; 

• Manage and lead a team, supporting Talent by empowering and motivating them to deliver exceptional guest services
• Conduct training and development to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, menu, and service standards
• Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property
• Manage in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws
• Understand beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory;
• Comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department
• Maintain food handling and sanitation standards
• Lead planning and development of menus
• Hotel experience preferred
