About the role:

Work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of corporate transactions, such as:

• Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and shareholder arrangements.
• Corporate restructures, reorganisations and commercial transactions.
• Transaction documents, due diligence, negotiations and completion processes
• Direct client contact across local and international matters

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 5+ years’ PQE, coming out of a recognised corporate practice, ideally within a mid-tier, national, international or top-tier firm
• Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills.
• Confidence working directly with clients and managing competing deadlines
