Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription and S3 medicines;
• Assisting with front of shop as well as the back counter;
• Generate dispensary orders in consultation with the pharmacist;
• Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales;
• Oversee stock control and inventory management processes;
• Ensure compliance with invoicing, ordering, and stockfile integrity procedures;
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve store goals;
• Manage expectations of our valuable customers.

Skills and Experience:
• Previous pharmacy experience is essential;
• S2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded;
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
