What we are looking for:

• A passion for providing the highest customer service and aftercare

• Ability to build rapport & adopt high level interpersonal skills with customers

• Strong computer literacy and phone skills

• High standard of personal presentation

• Initiative, punctuality and reliability a must

• An interest in Optical Retail and Audiology

• Able to work cohesively within a team

• Must be flexible to work retail hours which will include late nights and weekends and fully available throughout November- February

Role Description

• Providing a high level of customer service on the retail floor and assisting with frame styling

• Discussing in-depth product information

• Actively flyering to encourage additional customer volume

• Taking phone calls and scheduling appointments

• Adjusting and fitting customers frames- ensuring the product exceeds their expectations

• Conducting pre-health screening and liaising with our Optometry and Audiology teams

• Merchandising the store and maintaining retail standards

• Practical Abilities: Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience is highly desired, however full optical training with be provided
