Workforce Planning & Rostering Specialist

Location: Adelaide

Duration: 24 month contract

Join Aurizon and play a key role in the TrainLink project, helping shape and embed new workforce planning and rostering processes that will support operational success into the future.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help design, implement and continuously improve processes, ensuring teams are equipped with the right systems, procedures and ways of working to deliver sustainable outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the implementation and embedding of new rostering and workforce planning processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to support change adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop process documentation, reporting and governance frameworks to support successful project delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in rostering, workforce planning or operational scheduling environments.
• A background in business improvement, continuous improvement, change management or operational excellence.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• The ability to analyse processes, identify gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Experience supporting project or transformation initiatives will be highly regarded.
