About the Role

As a Phone Sales Solar Consultant, you'll be speaking with warm inbound leads who have already expressed interest in solar and battery solutions.

Your role will include:

✅ Calling and qualifying inbound enquiries
Conducting energy assessments over the phone
Recommending solar and battery solutions
Preparing and presenting proposals
Following up opportunities and closing sales
Maintaining accurate CRM records

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous phone sales experience preferred
✔ Solar or energy industry experience highly regarded
✔ Strong communication and objection-handling skills
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
✔ Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
✔ Team player with a positive attitude
