About the role
The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and technical initiatives across a large-scale enterprise environment. Working at the intersection of project delivery, technology and stakeholder management, you will oversee infrastructure-focused programs, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, and ensure successful delivery against scope, budget, risk and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and technical projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance outcomes.
• Coordinate technical delivery teams including infrastructure specialists, engineers, vendors and project resources to ensure successful implementation and transition outcomes.
• Drive delivery planning, resource management and project controls, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, architecture requirements and operational objectives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams, providing delivery leadership, reporting and escalation management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years' demonstrated experience delivering complex  infrastructure, technology or enterprise transformation projects within large-scale environments.
• Proven capability leading technical delivery teams across infrastructure, engineering, cloud, platform or operational technology domains.
• Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and delivery assurance experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical delivery requirements into business outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

• NV1 Clearance or above
• Canberra (preferred) but open to Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide
