  • Saturday: $50.09 (includes casual loading)

  • Sunday: $51.95 (includes casual loading)

• Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

We are committed to creating outstanding experiences for our community and are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

About the Position

We're looking for friendly, customer-focused people who enjoy connecting with others and thrive in a busy environment.

In this role, you'll assist customers with enquiries, feedback and requests, and play an important role in promoting our programs and services, helping to increase participation and engagement, while providing efficient and accurate administrative support.

To be successful, you will have a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. No two days are the same, so you will be a flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and committed to creating positive experiences for our community

Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, between 4:45am and 9:15pm.
