About the Business

ProStar Joinery is a rapidly expanding National Timber Joinery Business with an established branch in Brendale, north Brisbane. 

We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME reliable and efficient Factory Assistant who is highly organised to join our growing team. Time management and accuracy is essential for this role. The ideal candidate does not need to have previous work experience but must enjoy working in a physical and hands-on role. 

We value motivation and initiative above all else. We believe that our success is attributed to our staff and the quality work they perform on duty.

Working closely with other Factory Assistants at our Brendale site and reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. 

Full-Time - Mon - Fri - 6:30am - 2:36pm

You will be responsible for:

• Wardrobe Door Assembly

• Cabinet Assembly

• CNC Operation

• Boxing of Flat-Pack Cabinets

• Picking and Packing Orders

• Abiding to company WHS policy and procedures 

We want to hear from you if you:

• Experience assembling wardrobe doors (preferred but not essential)

• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Have a sense of urgency, with the ability to multitask and continually work productively

• Are physically fit and able to manually lift and move product (15-20kg)

• Are proactive with a can-do attitude

• Can adhere to Work, Health and Safety Procedures

• Have your own reliable transport
