Vehicle Salesperson

Melville MG, Omoda Jaecoo and Geely are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our successful dealership on Leach Highway.

The Role

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an enjoyable and professional buying experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and identifying their vehicle requirements

• Presenting suitable used vehicle options and providing helpful advice

• Managing enquiries from phone, online and showroom customers

• Conducting vehicle presentations and coordinating test drives

• Following up prospective customers and maintaining accurate enquiry records

• Building strong and lasting customer relationships

• Following the dealership’s established sales process

• Achieving individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs

• Assisting with vehicle handovers and ensuring a memorable customer experience

• Maintaining high standards of vehicle and dealership presentation

About You

• Strong sales or customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• A friendly, confident and professional approach

• The ability to build rapport with customers from all backgrounds

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong organization and follow-up skills

• The motivation to achieve targets and maximize earning potential

• The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment

• A current WA driver’s license

• A valid Motor Vehicle Salesperson’s License

Previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded; however, applicants with a strong background in sales and customer service are also encouraged to apply.
