Location:    Numurkah (Karinya)

EFT/Hours:  0.7 EFT (56 Hours Per Fortnight)

Status:        12 months Fixed Term, Part Time

Hourly Rate: $60.9395 - $62.9921 per hour plus 12% superannuation 

About the Role

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is an integral member of the nursing team who provide services to a diverse client group. This is a 12-month fixed-term position. Within this role the ANUM is accountable for the efficient and effective provision of quality client care that promotes the clients / residents’ well-being. The ANUM must therefore, be able to assess and prioritise client needs in the context of the wards workload to deliver positive outcomes for each and every client of the service.

About You

• Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
• Vaccination against Covid-19 (recommended)
• Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Degree in general nursing which meets the registration requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia 
• Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse caseload
• Demonstrate competency in clinical care across a broad spectrum.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing educational and professional development across all levels of the nursing profession including management.
