Job Description

Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid working | Haymarket location

The Admissions Adviser supports prospective students throughout the enrolment journey by responding to course enquiries, providing advice on study options and enrolment processes, and developing strong relationships to achieve enrolment targets across natural health and creative arts courses.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and follow up on prospective student enquiries, using the trusted Adviser framework to build rapport and progress enrolmentsProvide personalised advice on course options, study requirements, fees, and enrolment pathways to support informed decision-makingProactively engage applicants and partially enrolled students to drive enrolment completion and achieve KPIs/KPAsBuild positive relationships with prospective students, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the enrolment journeyMaintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation while collaborating with internal teams to support student enquiries, reporting, and enrolment activities

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in a sales, customer engagement, or target-driven environmentStrong results focus, with the drive to set goals and consistently achieve performance targetsProven ability to convert leads through consultative conversations, presentations, and effective questioning techniquesExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with a structured approach to managing competing prioritiesHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering student-focused solutions
