Senior Consultant

We're seeking a Senior Consultant who enjoys working closely with customers, solving complex business challenges, and delivering innovative digital solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

About the role

This role is responsible for providing consulting services for the implementation and delivery of digital projects across Woven's product and solution suite. Working with customers, project managers, developers and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in translating business requirements into practical digital solutions.

You'll combine strong consulting, project delivery and stakeholder management skills to guide customers through digital transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the discovery, analysis and documentation of customer business requirements

• Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define solution designs and recommendations

• Prepare functional and technical specifications and work with developers to provide accurate estimates and project outcomes

• Deliver digital consulting services across ecommerce, content management, integrations and customer engagement solutions

• Identify, manage and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies

• Participate in project planning, delivery and stakeholder meetings

• Provide solution testing, quality assurance and customer acceptance support

• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and knowledge transfer activities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation strategies and best practices

• Support pre-sales activities, solution design workshops and customer engagements

• Assist with complex issue resolution and provide guidance to consultants and project teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, internal methodologies and knowledge-sharing activities

• Identify opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience delivering digital consulting, business analysis or project delivery services within a software, technology or digital agency environment

• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills

• Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops and documenting business solutions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience working collaboratively with developers, project managers and customer stakeholders

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and professional development

Nice to have

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and ecommerce solutions

• Experience with API-based integrations

• Exposure to ERP platforms, including Pronto Xi

• Experience with Pronto Xi Avenue CMS

• Digital agency or consulting experience

• Experience delivering digital transformation projects
