About the Business

Rogers Construction Group is a privately owned Sydney based construction company completing projects NSW wide with offices in Bella Vista and Wollongong. Rogers Construction Group specialises in Education, Government, Corporate, Industrial, Aged Care/Retirement, Childcare and Residential projects.

The company has experienced significant controlled growth and are now seeking a Site Manager to join our young and vibrant team based in the Sydney area.

Senior Site Manager (Tier 3)

Role and responsibility:

• Ensuring Project Program is always on track.

• Coordinating workflow and look ahead.

• Reading plans and setting out when required.

• Supervising and advising staff and contractors

• Ensuring health and safety regulations are up to code.

• Ensuring materials and machinery are delivered on time.

• Handling subcontractors.

• Liaising with clients and the Project manager to ensure communication is sound.

• 6 day working week where required.

What we are looking for & what will make you STAND out.

To be successful in this role, it is mandatory that the ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years previous site manager experience in multi-disciplinary construction projects.  To be considered you will ideally have the following.

• Experience delivering projects both new build and refurbishment valued between $2m &$20m.

• Experience in Education, Government, commercial. Industrial and Aged Care/Retirement Living and Residential sectors.

• Trade background.

• Strong track record and employment in Sydney Construction Market

• Possess high level verbal & written communication skills.

• Have excellent time management and communication skills.

• Experience in Procore and Hammertech is preferred.
