About the role
Welcome to AIM Therapy for Children!
We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.
We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee!
You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.
Job Description
We’re excited to welcome a Registered Paediatric Psychologist to our friendly, dynamic team at AIM Therapy. If you love working with children and value feeling supported in your clinical work, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll use your expertise to help children build skills, confidence, and independence, while working alongside a collaborative team that genuinely values what you bring. You’ll have the time, support, and flexibility to do work you’re proud of and see the impact you make with children and families every day.
Opportunities are available at our Jindalee and Joondalup clinics.
What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day
Completing initial appointments and getting to know new familiesRunning fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the communityWorking closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support. Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on. Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
Current General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)A valid Working With Children CheckNational Police ClearanceA current driver’s licenceConfident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids & familiesThe ability to work independently, while also being a great team player
