What is a Housing Support Officer? (The role)
Our Central office in Haymarket has a fixed-term, part-time (21 hours per week) Housing Support Officer vacancy. The role primary purpose is to provide administrative support and back up to the Housing team to ensure consistent quality service delivery to our customers, and assist to maintain accurate records and reporting. The priority for all Housing staff is customer-centric, keeping positive outcomes for our tenant as the end goal in every action.
