As a Centre Quality Manager, you'll partner with Centre Leadership Teams across your portfolio to strengthen operational performance, quality practice and leadership capability.

This is a multi-site leadership role based in Geelong, with regular travel across your portfolio and occasional overnight travel as required.

The Role

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support Centre Leadership Teams across multiple sites
• Provide operational and pedagogical leadership across your portfolio
• Coach and mentor Centre Managers to build capability and performance
• Drive KPIs, operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Support quality improvement and Path to Exceeding
• Support Assessment & Rating processes
• Uphold child safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships across Journey
• Identify opportunities to strengthen performance and consistency
• Travel regularly across your portfolio

About You

We're looking for an experienced multi-site early childhood leader who combines strong operational capability with a genuine passion for pedagogical quality.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in senior early childhood or multi-site leadership
• Experience leading and supporting multiple early learning centres
• Strong operational, commercial and pedagogical capability
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, compliance and KPIs
• Experience coaching and developing Centre Managers
• Strong Assessment & Rating and quality improvement knowledge
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised and accountable approach
• A current driver's licence and ability to travel regularly

The Location

Based in Geelong, you'll support a portfolio of centres across Geelong and surrounding areas.

Regular travel is an important part of the role, with potential for fortnightly overnight travel depending on centre and business needs.
