Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and file management
Manage client communications with professionalism and care
Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups
Coordinate meetings — scheduling, preparing documents, and taking clear notes
Assist with implementation of financial plans and invoicing processes
Help maintain an organised, efficient, and welcoming office environment
Support the team with a variety of ad-hoc tasks as required
You’re someone who takes pride in doing things well and enjoys being relied on. You bring both professionalism and warmth to your work and are confident dealing with clients.
You will have:
Current or previous experience working as a PA or in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in financial services or a professional services environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
