 The initial project will be a major $45M re-development of an iconic Brisbane Pub. There will be a tower crane onsite and the project will involve to complete refurbishment of the existing venue and well as a new-build multi-level hotel accommodation portion. This will be a complex D&C build and will no doubt win industry awards and accolades upon completion

Suitable Site Managers   will have had a background managing a range of commercial projects from $5M-$50M in size, and be able to demonstrate a history of delivering these projects on time and budget. With full head-office support you will be able to get on with the job on site and have all the resources to achieve programme milestones. You will be given a crack team of foreman and leading hands to point and shoot in the field while you manage overall programme to reach milestones. 

With a full order book or work guaranteed in the coming years  across retail, commercial and industrial  projects they will be go from strength to strength and career progression into Construction Management roles is on offer
