We're looking for high-energy team members with the ability to provide our loyal customers with outstanding service authentically and who can bring a positive vibe to the team.

As a Pilgrim casual sales assistant you will;

Recognize the role of the customer + your relationship with them
Have a natural love + enthusiasm for fashion retail
Be a passionate seller because of your love for our product
Have exceptional customer service skills
Have high standards of personal presentation
Possess strong time management skills.
Support the store manager in day-to-day store operations

As the ideal casual sales assistant, you may have;

Some previous experience in fashion retail or hospitality.
Know how to achieve store sales targets + KPI's.
Have an eye for both personal and store styling.
Continuously challenge yourself to succeed.
Self-motivated and driven by achieving success.
Thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Have critical thinking and the ability to take initiative.
Flexible with your availability - MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY, TUESDAY, SUNDAY AND THURSDAY.
Roster of a 4 day work week with weekends off.
