Payroll Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join our team based at Perth Airport. In this role, you will support the day-to-day payroll function by maintaining employee records, processing payroll-related transactions, performing compliance and data accuracy checks, responding to employee enquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced administration role

• Pronto Experience (preferred but not essential)

• Unrestricted Australian working rights

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of privacy, confidentiality and compliance requirements

• Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

• Ability to work full-time in an office-based environment
