BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing amazing customer service

• Creating the perfect cup of coffee

• Prepare and serve quality food and drinks according to Zarraffa's brand standards

• Cleaning and other duties as directed
  

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support and guidance to the team

• Maintaining product and service quality

• Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness

• Overseeing shift management

• Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers

• Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards

• Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
  

ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking "ownership" of the store 

• Responsible for staff training and development

• Exceeding expectations in Customer Service

• Ensuring profitability of the business

• Showing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliers

• Demonstrate an ethical purpose and compassion in the role

• Striving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every time

• Managing employee performance

• Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders

• Motivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work life balance

• WH&S and Food Safety Compliance

• Product ordering and stock control

• A passion for the Zarraffa's Coffee brand
