Experienced Site Installer

Maxton Fox is a commercial joinery business that works across sectors on award-winning projects.
We are seeking a trade-qualified (Cert 3) Joinery Site Installer (contractor) to manage the on-site delivery, assembly, and installation of custom commercial, and residential joinery across projects.
You will be required to interpret architectural plans, joinery shop drawings, ensure precise installations, and represent the business professionally on job sites across NSW (predominantly Sydney based).
Key Responsibilities Include:Site InstallationTransport, unload, assemble, and fit custom joinery, including kitchens, vanities, wardrobes, architectural timber paneling, detailed reception desks, and commercial fitouts.
Plan & Specification InterpretationRead architectural drawings, joinery shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation specifications to execute accurate site layouts.
On-Site ModificationPerform precise scribe-fitting, cutting, edge-banding, and minor adjustments using trade hand and power tools.
Hardware & Fixture FittingSelect, align, and attach concealed hinges, runners, handles, integrated lighting channels, and associated hardware.
Quality & ComplianceInspect completed installations for structural integrity, accurate alignments, smooth operation, and flawless aesthetic finishes.
Site Management & SafetyAdhere to company and site-specific Work Health & Safety (WHS) policies, risk assessments, and SWMS requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:Certificate III in Joinery (CPC31920) or Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology (MSF30322)White Card: Current General Construction Induction Card (NSW White Card)Driver License: Valid Manual NSW Driver’s LicenseExperience: 2+ years of post-apprenticeship experience in commercial or high-end residential joinery installationTools: Possession of a personal kit of trade hand and power tools (preferred).
