Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:We’re looking for a technically skilled and Melbourne-based freelancer or casual (20 to 25 hours per week) digital marketing expert to support our clients in their digital marketing and advertising. If you’re experienced in setting up paid campaigns and proficient in tracking implementations, optimisations and reporting, we’d love to have you on board!You’ll work with our Digital Marketing Manager and Account Directors, and take briefs to set up and optimise paid campaigns and report back with updates completed and recommendations for future optimisations, so that we can deliver above industry average campaign results for our clients.We live with a mantra of continual improvement, so be prepared to learn and grow with a practical, hands-on approach.Key Responsibilities:Set up and manage campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, ChatGPT, Spotify and programmatic channels.Collaborate on campaign optimisations to improve performance.Assist with reporting and analysing of campaign results.Assist with tagging and tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in digital marketing.Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.Experience with paid search, display ads, and social ads.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Experience using reporting tools such as Agency Analytics.Plus experience (optional):* Familiarity with industries such as non-profits, unions, superannuation, government and law firms.* Experience with implementing and managing organic social activity* Experience with AI-based platformsWhy Join?The Creative Works is a well-established agency dedicated to delivering meaningful campaigns for clients across various sectors, including non-profits, unions, and professional services.
