About the Company
TOM People and I are working with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Analyst on a 6-month contract. This role sits within a high-performing FP&A team and will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis across a complex operating environment.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting.

• Deliver executive-level reporting and financial performance analysis.

• Analyse revenue, operating expenditure, and key business drivers.

• Partner with operational stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.

• Drive reporting improvements and process efficiencies

About You

• CA or CPA qualified with experience in FP&A, management accounting, or financial analysis.

• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.

• Available immediately or on short notice.
