Recruitment Officer

PERSOL are currently hiring experienced Recruitment / HR Administrators to the 2 below temporary assignments:

Opportunity 1: Recruitment Administration / HR Administration

• Part Time Position - Must be flexible to work a variable 2 or 3 days per week across Tue/Wed/Thu
• Immediate start until mid - December
• Forrestdale Location
• Candidate screening and onboarding for a range of blue-collar positions
• Administrative support to the wider HR team
• Pay rate: Up to $46 p/h + Super

Requirements:

• Must have experience conducting phone screening
• Must have own vehicle due to the location of the site
• Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly

Opportunity 2: HR Administration / Onboarding

• Full-time position
• Immediate Start for 3 months
• Perth CBD location
• Responsible for a range of HR admin duties including contract amendment letters, updating employee records, onboarding and offboarding employees, HR project support
• Pay Rate: Up to $42 p/h + Super

Requirements:

• Previous HR admin or similar People &Culture, recruitment experience considered
