Active support: develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation and coach independent living skills Health support: administer and document medication and follow health support plans Positive behaviour support: manage behaviour triggers and escalation Safeguarding: ensure safety of you and the participant, documentation and reports

About You

Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disabilityExperience working as a support professional in a challenging environmentKnowledge and understanding of behaviour support plansManage and escalate challenging behavioursFlexible with sleepover shiftsC3 in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent is preferredAvailable to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnightsNDIS Worker CheckNational Police CheckFull unrestricted Victorian Driver’s licenseFirst aid and CPR certificate
