Marando Real Estate South West is looking for a motivated and proven Sales Executive to join our successful team based in Fairfield. Key responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business opportunities

• Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, buyers and prospective vendors

• Conducting market appraisals and listing presentations

• Winning and managing residential property listings

• Negotiating offers and successfully closing sales

• Conducting open homes and buyer inspections

• Following up buyers, sellers and prospective clients

• Maintaining and growing your personal database

• Providing vendors with professional, regular communication throughout their campaign

• Representing the Marando name with professionalism, honesty and integrity

About you

• Proven experience in residential real estate sales

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

• Strong prospecting and business development skills

• Experience conducting appraisals and listing presentations

• Strong negotiation and closing ability

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A professional presentation and strong work ethic

• Self-motivation, discipline and a genuine desire to succeed

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
