The Role & Project

MACA is seeking experienced Auto Electrician to join our Gruyere Gold Project Maintenance Team on a 2:1 roster. Work on a fleet of CAT 785 & Komatsu 830E Haul trucks, Liebherr 9400 and Komatsu PC1250 excavators, Sandvik and Epiroc drills, CAT D10 dozers & CAT 16M Graders.

The Gruyere Gold Mine is an open pit operation located within the Yamarna greenstone belt approximately 200 kilometres east of Laverton in Western Australia - less than a 2 hour flight from Perth!

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
• Aircon Ticket
• Experience working on Heavy mobile mining equipment - CAT, Komatsu, Epiroc etc
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing adjustments, troubleshooting and timely repair of heavy mobile plant equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• HR Drivers Licence preferable
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge and ability to follow work health & safety procedures and policies
