The Sebel Busselton, managed by Accor Vacation Club, sits on the southwest tip of Western Australia. Boasting fantastic beaches and natural wonders from underwater observatories to national parks, Busselton is the place to be. The Sebel Busselton is situated in a short 10 minute walk from the water, featuring charming guest rooms and apartments, resort style swimming pools, gym facilities and tennis courts.

We currently have an opportunity for a Front Office Receptionist & Guest Experience Host to join our vibrant Front Office Team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you play a vital role in maintaining seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests enjoy a truly memorable stay with us. Casual and part time position available.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 

• Demonstrated experience within either Front Office, Reservations or with general administration. 
• High attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments. 
• A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive and supportive team. 
• Experience within the Hospitality and/or Tourism industry advantageous. 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule from 7:00AM to 9:00PM, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Provide friendly, courteous and professional services to all guests. 
• Manage the guest room inventory and accounts efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures. 
• Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in a professional manner. 
• Liaise with other departments including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience. 
• Assist guests with general enquires and provide share your local knowledge to provide personalised recommendations & insights.

• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Company’s tour qualification specifications
